We had a lot of loses in the last year and it just feels like the worst possible thing has just happened to us . It’s hard to think straight, we love him so much and he is apart of our family . 🎆 Fireworks season is starting across Connecticut, and while we may enjoy the celebrations, many dogs do not.

CT Dog Gone Recovery wants to remind everyone to please keep your dogs SAFE during fireworks season. Loud noises can cause even the calmest dogs to panic and run.

🐾 Keep dogs INSIDE during fireworks🐾 Create a quiet, safe space for them at home🐾 Keep windows, doors, and gates secure🐾 Walk dogs BEFORE fireworks begin🐾 If outside, ALWAYS keep dogs leashed🐾 Never assume your dog “won’t run”🐾 Make sure collars, tags, and microchip information are up to date
