With the holidays coming up, I feel like I need to post some reminders. When making your appointment, please make sure it is a day you can be on time dropping off and picking up. Small dogs take me about an hour and larger dog 1 1/2 to two hours. Please make sure you can hear your phone for when I text to let you know I’m finishing up. Also please do not park in front of neighbors homes or the mailbox. I have plenty of curb and driveway space. If someone is dropping off for you, please send groom notes ahead of time.
In order to get as many dogs in as I can, it’s very important to be on time. If you’re more than 15 mins late, we will need to reschedule. It cuts into my lunch break and other peoples appointment time. Plus I need to clean and let my dogs potty between appointments.
