Remember me? I was in the original video since 2019 that was tampered with which is an original estate asset. My family is bequeathed the business if something were to ever happen to Charmagne. I am stating our beneficiary rights to the estate due to the executor trying to ex communicate us, and pose Luna as an owner. Let me be clear. She is never once mentioned in the Will of Dominic Paul Rengani. They will not allow me to see the property or see the financials even though they have a 4% CASH discount. I am owed money that I had to put into the business due to Charmagne telling the then manager Bill to drain the entire business account the weekend I had a life threatening surgery, and tried their best to overtake the business from me as I was the executor at the time and at my most vulnerable. It has been over 3 years and the probate case is still not resolved, I would like to have my money back or to see the estate and walk the grounds and see the financials of the business and your personal accounts of both you and Luna to make sure the funds aren’t being hidden thusly making the business suffer and devalue. This is called self dealing! Removing me from the video is against my wishes, and I wish for you to put the original estate asset back on the website, and to remove the falsehood of Luna being anything other than your manager. Avoiding me is not allowed under your fiduciary duties of the executor which you seem to try and think is allowed. I want answers, my money back that paid for the roof you live under, and am done with the silence. If anyone wants to take my case I will gladly pay you once re established as executor since she is clearly self dealing, and is not being transparent with the businesses funds.

Charmagne please reach out about the probate case that is still open after 3 plus years. I would like a resolve on Running Pond Acres. You aren’t responding for an update, and this is legally pushing limits to resolve the matter.

Hello fellow dog loving friends ♥️ we are amping up our daycare services to help carry us through this slow period by CHANGING OUR HOURS! 😮
Now you can drop off for boarding, and daycare as early as 8 AM till 11 AM Monday THROUGH Friday! Yes you read that correctly, we are now for the first time ever as a kennel opening for the public on Wednesdays to help with convenience, and earlier to accommodate those that have been asking for daycare reasons. Our PM pick up times are the same. Weekend hours are changing to 4-6:30 pm effective immediately. We have other surprises to follow so make sure you keep checking back for more fun things we have in the works.
