Hello lovely rat peeps,
Just wanted to make a post saying a few things. Nothing bad. Just some stuff im trying to cook up.
So, as everyone knows I been breeding my siamese for dark points, which I have gotten pretty far with that. While keeping that awesome personality that they all seem to have. Each litter getting better. Well, we have gotten our first litter of Russian Blue, which also means, I will be trying to get my Russian Blue points back as well. Cant wait. They will also be mostly dumbo. Just a few more litters to go and I will be happy with them. Or at least thats the wish for that project.
For my martens, I am going to try to make them darker, and work on them a bit more. Hopefully breed out the agouti in them. Well is one wish I have for them. I know i can work at more to better this line which is why I will be picky on which ones I end up keeping to pair. I do have some im holding back to pick from. So, hopefully soon I will have a choice made. I am not only looking at the head shape, ears and body shape. Im also looking at the personality and temperament of everyone single one I have kept back. This line has been my biggest and hardest yet. Working so hard to get where I want to be with them. And I will tell ya what. It has been one hell of a struggle. So, yes ima be picky on the next generation.
Okay, now my silvermane is another one I am working so hard to better. They litter i just had honestly is some of the sweetest to come yet. But, I want to work on them a few more generations yet. Thinking my next silvermane litter will be kept a secret, and all to myself. Just so I csn make better choices on them. They are still nee to me. And I have only had them for maybe a year. But, I say within another year or two they will be way better than now. Time and patience. 🫤
We are also going to be working on a project that is secret. Hopefully two different projects (lines) but, right now one for sure. I wont spill the beans yet. Its still in the works. But, promise everyone will be happy with it. 😬🙃
I know also, I havent been on my A game with alot of stuff. But, im trying my best. Hopefully, before long I will get better with updating. And photos and answering messages. Im trying my best. I am working most of the time on top of being a mom. I love what I do and im sorry if I am slow at things. I will do my best to get better at it.
And yes, with some of these lines I will be having, things will be changing. I will be doing contracts and selling as pet only with a few of my lines. That is my right to do so and I am sorry if in the future that upsets a few people. But, I feel as if I wanna keep some of my lines to myself for awhile.
I also wanna ask that please dont message me cussing me out because, I cant take in your rats. I understand that there is not many places that at in rats, I give a few recuses names and such but, still get called names and such. It isnt fair to me. My rats are family to us. I will not risk them in no way or form. So please understand my reasons. And take the other help and information that I can give.
