Willow & Wren Shetland Sheepdogs – Waiting List Policy
At Willow & Wren, our goal is to match each puppy with the right family while making the process as fair and organized as possible for everyone, including us.
To join our official waiting list, we require a $200 non-refundable reservation fee. This fee secures your place in line and is credited toward the purchase price of your puppy.
Reservation fees allow us to prioritize families who are truly committed to bringing home a Willow & Wren puppy while helping us plan future litters more accurately.
When puppies are born, families will be contacted in the order reservation fees were received. Puppy selections will also follow that order.
If the puppy you’re hoping for (such as a specific s*x or color) is not available in the current litter, you may choose to:
* Transfer your reservation to a future litter, or
* Select another available puppy, if one is a good fit.
If you decide to pass on an available puppy that meets the preferences you requested or choose to leave the waiting list, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
Our puppies are priced between $2,500 and $3,000, depending on the individual puppy. The reservation fee is applied toward that purchase price and is not an additional charge.
