I will be out of state the next couple days to tend to a family medical issue. I will respond to messages upon my return. I would also like to thank all of my amazing clients who have been super flexible with their apts so that I could be there for my father, as well as my mom and sister for helping me this past weekend getting everyone's apts in.

PSA – Cancellation & No-Show Policy Update
I will no longer be waiving cancellation or no-show fees.
I have been very lenient and understanding over the last couple of years, but unfortunately this is starting to be taken advantage of—and it is directly affecting my business. This is my full-time job, not a side gig, and last-minute cancellations that I cannot fill impact my ability to keep things running.

With that being said, I will be strictly enforcing the following:

1. Appointment Confirmations
ALL appointments must be confirmed by 12:00 noon the day before your appointment.
Failure to confirm by noon will result in your appointment being canceled and a cancellation fee applied.
2. Cancellation Fees
25–48 hours before appointment: 50% of groom cost due
Less than 24 hours notice: 100% of groom cost due
3. No-Show Fee
100% of the groom cost
4. Payment of Fees
Failure or refusal to pay your cancellation fee within 24 hours (my app notifies me when invoices are viewed) will result in:
All upcoming appointments being canceled
Loss of the ability to book future appointments

You all have my number and can reply directly to confirmation messages—communication goes a long way. I am a very understanding person, but I will no longer allow my business to be affected by repeated last-minute changes.

Hey everyone!
Just a quick update about nail trims — this does NOT affect my grooming clients where nail trims are already included 😊
Starting June 1, 2026, I won’t be offering standalone nail trim appointments anymore. This wasn’t an easy decision, but with how full my grooming schedule has gotten, it’s just become too much to keep up with both.
BUT I’ve got you covered! If you’re local (about 10–15 minutes from Walnutport), I highly recommend reaching out to Megan Lynn Reppert for nail trims. I trust her, she does a great job, and she’s more than happy to take on new clients. I wouldn’t send you to just anyone — she’s awesome!
