🆘 🆘 🆘 Emergency Fosters Needed for Multiple Kittens! Friends, one of our long-time rescue colleagues, who does independent rescue in the Pleasant Hill/Concord area, needs some assistance. She is trying to rescue 11 kittens from a bad situation, and she needs experienced fosters who can take 2-3 kittens each.

These kittens were born in mid-August. They are playful but somewhat undersocialized. Experienced fosters are needed who are willing to patiently work with the kittens and help them adjust.

This can be a short-term placement — for a few weeks until another foster home can be found; or a long-term foster placement to continue to work on socialization.

We only have a photo of three of the kittens at the moment but hope to obtain additional pics soon.

FRESNO, CA: Meet DOLLY & KODIAK (CP), a playful brother-sister bonded pair ready for their forever home together!

Dolly is a beautiful little sweetheart with soft cream-colored fur and big bright eyes. She’s gentle, curious, and playful, with a sweet personality that makes her such a joy to be around. She loves attention and enjoys playing and cuddling with her favorite companion.

Kodiak is a handsome little gentleman, with his gorgeous dark chocolate-colored fur and adorable big ears. His sweet, curious eyes make him impossible not to love! He’s playful, affectionate, and loves having a buddy to explore and get into kitten mischief with. This little guy is just adorable, and he has a charming personality!

Dolly and Kodiak are a bonded pair, and they truly bring out the best in each other. They love playing together, exploring their surroundings, and keeping each other company. Having one another helps them feel comfortable, happy, and secure.

Because of their close bond, this pair would be happiest going to a home that will adopt them together. They already have a built-in best friend, playmate, and source of comfort in each other. Separating them would mean taking away a very important relationship in their young lives.

Dolly and Kodiak were born approximately 6/2/26. Both kittens have been fixed, microchipped, vaccinated, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and have received dewormer and flea treatment.

Dolly and Kodiak are ready to find their forever family—together! Transport may be available to a location approximately halfway between Fresno and Oakland. Two kittens, twice the fun, and twice the love!

🐈‍⬛ MODESTO, CA: Introducing GRETCHEN (CP), a delicate beauty! She is playful and a bit witty! Gretchen is a sleek and elegant cat looking for a quiet home, maybe even as an only cat. She will be a little shy initially, but once she feels comfortable with you, she will follow you around and rub against you.

Gretchen was born in approximately August 2022; she has been spayed and is up to date on her shots. She gets along with other cats but she definitely prefers humans.

💖 CASTRO VALLEY, CA: Meet Jumbles and Tumbles!! (CP) Jumbles (aka Mr. Jumbles) is a sweet, gentle, friendly little kitty who loves people. He’ll happily come over to greet you and start purring the moment you give him attention. He’s always up for snuggles, is full of curious kitten energy and loves playing with his siblings.

Tumbles is the gentle soul of her litter. Sweet, calm, and incredibly affectionate, she loves snuggling up with her people after playtime. With her caring nature, she’s also the little “mom” of the group, always grooming and looking after her siblings.

Jumbles and Tumbles need to be adopted together, or with one of their other siblings, or into a home with another friendly kitty to play with.

💖 CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CA: Hi, I’m OSCAR (CP), a friendly young Ragdoll-mix male! I enjoy human attention and like everyone I meet. I love to sleep on my foster mom’s bed at night. She describes me as “a playful, floppy sort of fellow, outgoing and goofy!”

My pal Sterling (female, born Feb 2024) and I are a bonded pair, and we need to be adopted together. We've never been around dogs or children, but we get along great with other cats.

I was born in approximately February 2024, have been fixed and am up to date on my shots. Please note: Oscar has chronically runny eyes as well as cherry eye, but these conditions do not seem to bother Oscar and his veterinarian has ruled out any infection.

Dash and Lenox love to play, explore, chase toys, and get into little kitten adventures together, but they also know how to settle down and cuddle once they've tired themselves out playing. Having each other gives them comfort and confidence, especially when they're in a new environment.
