Angelica is ready for our not so spooky Halloween October 25th from 12pm to 2pm! Please come out and get some candy and see Angelica and the horses in their costumes! This moment right here is so awesome to watch. To go from walking with your rider the whole lesson, to using the lunge line, to allowing your rider to walk the horse by themselves while you stand afar is just like watching your kiddos grow up and do things independently. This student has been doing fantastic navigating Titan around the arena with me walking next to her but today I stood and watched her today because I knew she had it. Now I’m a super safe trainer I sometimes walk with my students a little longer then technically I need to, yes I know they will eventually they will have their first fall but I try everything in my power to make sure that doesn’t happen until much later on especially with my little ones. Thank you Heather Rose Khan for capturing these moments and allowing me to share them she did amazing today 🐎🥳

Obsessed with these pictures Kayla Jarry got today of the horses and my lesson today! Hey everyone wanted to come on here because some of you know but Angelica wasn’t feeling great Tuesday morning she was vomiting and very dull it was lesson day but my students were so wonderful and understanding while I called the vet long story short Angelica had gotten into our pond area that had a toxic plant called azalea that we thought we had gotten rid of but I guess we missed one, the vet did come out last night and had to give her activated charcoal which is something that you give them in their mouth and it goes into their stomach and binds any toxin and makes it go away and she got some fluids. This is the video of this morning of her feeling so much better she’s not out of the woods yet so we would appreciate your prayers for her recovery. But I wanted to post this because it’s always so important to check your area and pastures for toxic plants for all animals even dogs and cats, no they don’t automatically know it’s poison and will
Stay away from it so be sure to read up on any toxic things that would hurt your animals on your property and in your house and always have a veterinarian you can call in a emergency we are so thankful our vet came and guided us on the best treatment for Angelica.

For those who don’t know septemeber is childhood cancer awareness month. This month is special to me because I am a childhood cancer survivor From A.L.L Leukemia and without the help of research for a cure for cancer I wouldn’t be here today helping so many kiddos and adults learn about the amazing world of horses. So If you’re able to give donations definitely donate to childhood cancer research. Or if you don’t have the ability financially, please go volunteer at the childhood hospital and see what you can do to help those kids day be a little bit brighter. ❤️ 🐎 (yes these pictures are me in the hospital I was diagnosed right before my 3rd birthday)🎗️

I have permission to post these beautiful pictures this students momma got of her lesson today! This amazing student came to me shy and nervous first lesson a few months back asking if I can just go a little slower when walking to today she said “Mrs Jenna can I go a little faster today?” In my head I was jumping with joy but outwardly I said of course we can and today she trotted Chester all by herself today with nothing but smiles! Every student is different every student needs a different approach to learning but once they reach their potential nothing can stop them! When I teach my main objective is safety,fun and learning if we are doing all of those things that’s all that matters no need to rush perfection 🥰🐎 thank you Kayla Jarry these are amazing!

So I have permission to posts these amazing moments captured by this students sweet mom. This student requested to do bare back (no saddle) today and her confidence has just been extraordinary! I love doing bare back lessons for students because it helps them develop so many muscles, balance and gives them so Much more confidence! That feeling that they can do everything that they have learned without the saddle is so inspiring. This student has such amazing natural talent I can’t wait to see what she will accomplish in the future 🥰 Heather Rose Khan thank you for allowing me to post these sweet pictures.
