Dogs of Hope HOPE is the state motto of Rhode Island, and dogs may be the most hopeful of all beings. What can your dog teach you about hope?

I'm an amateur photographer, originally from NH, living in Providence, RI (aka "The Creative Capital"). I believe that big changes can come from small ideas. Taking photographs of dogs in my community is one small idea that I hope will raise hope in a big way.
