Lady Love is taking a summer break!

I will be heading up to Maine on Monday to connect with family and nature for the next few weeks🌿✨

A quick heads-up on my upcoming schedule:

• Mid-August: Very limited availability before I hit the road again.
• September: Regular scheduling fully reopens!

As I embark on a new course to deepen my spiritual practices and connection to healing work, something my teacher has been mentioning a lot is the spirit of perfect love and truth.

He encourages us to call in the energy of perfect love and truth, especially in times of fear or disconnection. It diminishes and neutralizes the fear and reminds us of the love and connection that is true and real at our core.

Last night as I struggled to fall asleep, I decided not to reach for my usual distractions and called in the energy of perfect love and truth.

Immediately, I was reminded of Finn, a sweet dog I recently started caring for. He’s a healthy senior with a palpable energy of unconditional love and acceptance. From the first moment I met him, he has shared his easy going and sweet demeanor with me, as if he’s known me his whole life. Sitting with him for even five minutes is enough to bring anyone back to the present moment and feel a sense of peace and belonging.

This feeling, this energy, this unconditional acceptance is one of the many reasons why I love working with animals so much. While our pets still bring their own quirks and tribulations, they almost always are a source of perfect love and truth. They offer us a companionship and a healing presence that is incomparable to much else. They are truly some of the best teachers as they embody unconditional love with such ease.

So today, I just wanted to share how grateful I am for Finn and his healing presence. I am grateful for his immediate acceptance and for the love we have shared even in the short time we have known each other. I’m grateful for all of the animals I have worked with over the years who have shared their beautiful and grounding energies with me. I truly feel so lucky to have crossed paths with so many sweet souls.

I encourage anyone reading this to take a moment today to consider your own gratitude for the animals in your life and the unconditional love they have shared with you too.

The spirit of perfect love and truth is always with us, and always there if you know where to look, & for that I am truly so grateful.
