Founded in February of 2021, our dedicated MN team has made a positive impact on the lives of many dogs from Texas to Minnesota. Our organization provides safety within our foster program here in MN along with the rescue and sanctuary in Texas, proper veterinary care and daily ne

🖤 DAX HAS BEEN IN FOSTER LONG ENOUGH TO THINK HE LIVES THERE. 🖤

And honestly?

Who could blame him.

He has a comfy bed.
A toy collection.
A foster family that adores him.
People who tell him he’s handsome approximately 47 times a day.

The problem is…

This was never supposed to be the end of his story.

Dax is one of those dogs that somehow gets overlooked while everyone keeps saying the same thing:

“He’s SUCH a good dog.”

Which is confusing because if everyone agrees he’s a great dog, shouldn’t someone be filling out adoption paperwork instead of complimenting him from afar?

This boy has already been through enough. He was adopted as a puppy after being rescued from the euthanasia list. Years later, he found himself homeless again through no fault of his own.

And somehow he still greets every day like it’s the best day ever.

He still trusts people.
He still loves making friends.
He still believes his forever family is coming.

(We’re starting to think he’s more optimistic than the rest of us.)

Dax is the kind of dog who makes life more fun.

The kind who makes you laugh when you had a bad day.

The kind who follows you around just because he’d rather be wherever you are.

The kind who turns an ordinary walk into an adventure and an ordinary house into a home.

He’s goofy.
He’s affectionate.
He’s athletic.
He’s ridiculously lovable.

And yes, he can jump straight up into the air like a deer that accidentally touched a power line.

We don’t know how.
We stopped asking questions.

What we do know is that while his foster family loves him dearly, they stepped up to help him find his forever home—not keep him forever.

And somewhere out there is a family that doesn’t even realize they’re missing Dax yet.

Here are some photos from our wonderful transport last weekend! 💕

Every other weekend, our transport hits the road to give dogs another chance at love, a safe place to land, and a family to call their own. 🐶❤️

These deserving pups start their journey in Texas on Friday, then travel north to Minnesota where they arrive Saturday and head into their foster homes or forever homes. Watching this process unfold is truly amazing! ✨

Every adopter and foster will be on a group text so you can follow along with transport updates, know where the van is, and when your new family member will arrive at your stop. 🚐

Transport stops in Des Moines, Faribault, Bloomington, St. Cloud, Little Falls, Motley, and Wadena.

Our adoption coordinators are right here in Minnesota and will be with you every step of the way — from application to arrival and beyond. 💙
