Grooming Adjustment Policy

At The Dapper Pooch Parlour, we gladly accept grooming concerns or adjustment requests within 48 hours of your pet’s appointment.

If there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us within that 48-hour window, and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.

After 48 hours, we are unable to offer complimentary corrections. Any changes requested after that time will require a new grooming appointment and will be charged at the regular grooming rate.
