Homeward Bound Adoptable Pets Photography Helping find homes for shelter animals one smile at a time. My name is Wendy Mezzenga and I volunteer at Virginia Beach Animal Care & Adoption Center.

I am a pediatric nurse by profession and a crazy woman with a camera for fun. My love for animals inspires me to help them. Capturing the cute and often times silly pictures of the pets waiting for forever homes brings them to life and shows their personality. Sometimes that’s all they need to spark someone’s interest.
