Lazarus was an outdoor cat that decided he wanted to live indoors. He wandered into a garage where he was fed until placed into a foster home. He really loves other friendly cats. we often catch him, rubbing up on the other cats and snuggling them. It took him a little bit longer to accept human love. When comfortable, he now seeks attention and pets. It might take him a little bit of time to get comfortable in his new home. He does best with older kids, who understand that he is nervous at first and that he needs some space and patience. Once he is comfortable, he is a love bug. he is not a cat that is going to greet visitors. He keeps to himself when there is chaos in the house. He is very food motivated so it's pretty easy to win over his heart. He loves meal time and snacks. He tolerates our dogs, but puts them in their place. He's fine with them being around as long as they leave him alone.

Both Quest and Q-Tee are shy boys, but not by choice.
The key to Quest's heart is play. He will open up when there is a game afoot, and he loves being petted if you pretend to play teaser with him first. He plops down in a not-so-subtle hint that he would love some extravagent pets. His fur is so soft, you'll never want to stop. He wants to take that step to being a lap cat. It you'd like a young pair of sweeties and have a little patience, you'll reap the rewards of a genuine life-long relationship.

It's kitten season and we are in need of kitten food and other supplies!

🖤 Sapphire is a very sweet girl who was found outside with an injured front paw end of March. She had been walking on it upside down while living her life outside for several months from what her caretaker told us. She went to the vet and they determined it was likely from a bullet that went through her paw causing nerve damage. Unfortunately, the leg had to be amputated. She has recovered well and is now searching for her forever indoor home where she can get all the love and attention she deserves. She gets along well with other cats with a very slow introduction. She loves to be pet and loves liquid treats. She is estimated to be about 1 year old. 😻

Baby Rome is a very sweet little boy that was rescued with quite a story. He was originally found on the interstate exit but then fell through a drain hole about 30 ft down and then was found miraculously by a sidewalk outside a grocery store in Hampton. He is sooo sweet and loves to be held. He would do best with another cat to play with. 😻
