This past Thursday, August 27th, our team came together for a lunch & learn focused on team collaboration, communication, and continuing education. We took some time away from the busy day-to-day to learn, share ideas, and strengthen the way we work together as a team.

Of course, no lunch & learn is complete without good food and plenty of smiles! 🥗🍴😊

We’re proud of our team for always being willing to learn, support one another, and grow together. When we work together, our patients and their families benefit! 🐶🐱💙

During this difficult time, we are keeping her loved ones and our emergency hospital family in our thoughts and prayers. May they find comfort in the memories shared and the impact she made on so many lives. ❤️

Wednesday night, we learned about the heartbreaking passing of one of our own. Since then, we’ve just been trying to show up—for our patients, and for each other

Emergency vet med has a way of making coworkers family. You spend holidays, weekends, crazy cases, heartbreaking moments, way too much caffeine, and so much of your life together. And when you lose one of your own, you feel it everywhere.

To our community—thank you. Thank you for crying with us, feeding us, checking on us, sending love, and sharing your memories of our girl. We have felt every bit of it.

She would have turned 33 today. 💔

So today we’re raising a Red Bull in her honor. We promise to keep talking about her, laughing about the things only she would do, like talking about Mt. Everest.
