Does your dog ever suddenly turn into a tiny tornado? 😂🐕💨

Those bursts of running, spinning, jumping and pure chaos are called zoomies — or FRAPs (Frenetic Random Activity Periods) — and they’re completely normal!

Zoomies can happen when dogs are excited, overtired, releasing pent-up energy, waking up, finishing a meal, or even after a bath. 🛁⚡️

If you notice your dog’s zoomies tend to happen around the same time each day, try getting ahead of them with enrichment, training games, puzzles or some extra physical activity.

And most importantly… give them a safe space and let ‘em ZOOM! 😂🐾
