I want to give a shout out to Howie Ingber at Howie 4 Help. I flew into Newark airport a week ago. I traveled from the tiny airport in Milwaukee, WI. Once I got into Newark I felt a bit overwhelmed due to the size. I was also dealing with temporary handicap, using a knee scooter. Howie answered my texts if I had questions. He communicated his eta for pickup. I wasn't sure if I would know where to meet outside, but he told me exactly which signs to follow in the airport. Because of his directions, I was able to locate the meeting spot. On my way home, my anxiety kicked in due to the airport size and my handicap status. Howie knew exactly what time I needed to be at the airport. The security line was long, but steady. Fortunately, Howie seemed to know how much time I needed to get through the lines and to the gate. I was relieved when I saw I had plenty of time to spare. I recommend Howie due to his patience, timing and communication. He gets an A+ from this satisfied customer. Thank you!
