Semi-private auxillary barn with drive-up access shared with 2 other boarders.
12x12 stall, cleaned daily
Daily private or small group turnout to dry lot or pasture, weather permitting
Water buckets cleaned daily
Selection of quality feeds to meet all needs
Ample locally grown grass hay
Grooming area
Locking/private tack room
Owner provided supplements and medications fed with meals as needed
All-inclusive care includes fly spray in summer, blanketing/un-blanketing in winter
Owner responsible for farrier care; we are on a regular rotation with multiple farriers.
We are on the regular schedule of area veterinarians.
Regular visits from equine chiropractor. In-barn equine massage therapist.
On site clinics, shows, events. Show team for those who desire.
On site staff 24/7.
Shared amenities for horse & rider include: New restroom, newly updated indoor wash rack, climate controlled lounge with refrigerator and microwave, 2 round pens with sand footing, indoor arena, outdoor arena, 3+ acre outdoor obstacle course, new trails, field riding.
Please note: This is a training facility with a small group of fantastic, like-minded boarders. Arenas may be shared with horses at various levels of training. Drama is not tolerated.
