Good morning! Just a quick update for our clients and those following along.
As with summer 2025, we remain at capacity with our current clientele and will not be accepting new routine service clients during the summer months.
The weeks of June 15 through July 24 are already 80% filled with pre-booked recurring client appointments, which is the foundation of our business model.
As the school year comes to an end and we transition to afternoon and evening appointments, along with end-of-year celebrations, graduations, and birthdays, our scheduling flexibility becomes very limited. If you have a pre-booked appointment, we encourage you to do your best to keep it as scheduled. Of course, we understand that things come up, and the more notice you can provide, the more flexibility we may have to accommodate changes.
Our business model works best scheduling maintenance care appointments at the intervals that are most appropriate for each pet. This proactive approach is what allows us to provide consistent care while keeping our schedule organized, efficient, and fully utilized.
We also want to remind clients that we will be transitioning to afternoon and evening appointments beginning June 22 and continuing through August 26.
