Dr. Crawford will be attending the AAEP (American Association of Equine Practitioner) meeting in Denver Saturday Dec 6-11. I will be attending lectures and connecting with colleagues. Inquiries will be returned as the lecture schedule permits as devices are not allowed in the lectures. Equine emergencies should be hauled to Idaho Equine in Nampa (‘cause most of the equine vets are in Denver) Special thanks to Idaho Equine Hospital to having a doctors and surgeons on call during this time.

I have been fielding a lot of questions about the current EHV-1 (equine herpes) outbreak. Here are a couple tips.

1.
