*Few updates*

~Please have an area where we can sit in chairs (pets under 40 lbs)
~With the temperature getting nicer, trims can be done outside but not in gravel or dirt. Please help provide a towel or blanket
~If it's really hot out, we will NOT do trims outside
~ Summer hours- if you are available during the day and week days , please let me know so we can free up weekends
~ Please use flea prevention

BE AWARE! Class sizes are small & they may fill up before June 16th!

Mail your contract and payment NOW! … OR… drop off your contract & check or money order when we are at the club building: 616 N Front St, Hebron (directly south of DQ & Osby’s).

You can drop off contracts & check/money order:

***WHY DON'T I OFFER BRUSHING TEETH AS A SERVICE?***

Sure, I could add on a charge for me to brush your pet's teeth when I come for nails, but dental hygiene starts with you.

1. Ideally you need to brush your pet's teeth three times a week. (NOT every 4-6 weeks when I come)
2. There is special toothbrushes and toothpaste to use. (I would be happy to show you how to brush them correctly)
3. Your toothpaste needs to be an enzymatic toothpaste that breaks down plaque, reduces tarter and helps freshen breath.
4. When choosing dental chews, please look for the VOHC label. That means the Veterinary Oral Health Council has approved that product to help control plaque and tartar. Not all chews out there has this label.
5. There are additives you can add to their water, but in my experience, pet's don't drink the water quick enough and you have to keep refilling it.
6. You're Veterinarian can determine the health of your pet's teeth (grade 1 through grade 4)
7. If your pet is in pain, me brushing them will hurt them and that is a higher risk of being bitten.
8. Regular checkups and regular at home care will help keep your pet's teeth healthy.
