One thing I’ve learned as a small, one-person breeder is that there are never enough hours in the day.
People sometimes wonder why I’m not on social media as often, and the truth is simple—my priority is always my puppies. About 95% of the time, it’s just me. My days are filled with cleaning, training, socializing, introducing new experiences, spending one-on-one time with each puppy, and making sure they are confident and well-prepared for their future families.
Starting at 4 weeks old, every family is welcomed to begin weekly visits. This isn’t just for the families—it’s for the puppies, too. Those visits help build familiarity and trust so that when it’s time to go home, they’re already comfortable with the people who will become their forever family. Watching those relationships grow over the weeks is one of my favorite parts of breeding.
My goal has never been to have the biggest social media following. My goal is to raise happy, healthy, well-socialized puppies and create a positive experience for every family that joins the 815 Goldens family.
If you’re ever curious about what it’s like to get a puppy from me, don’t just take my word for it. Feel free to ask any of my puppy families about their experience. Their stories and friendships mean more to me than any number of likes or followers.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with one of my puppies and has become part of the 815 Goldens family. Your support means the world to me. ❤️
