No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

As a small business owner, every appointment time is reserved specifically for your pet. When an appointment is missed, that time cannot usually be filled on short notice.

Effective immediately, any no-show appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of your dog or cat's grooming service.

I completely understand that emergencies happen. Illness, family emergencies, accidents, or the loss of a loved one are situations that I will always take into consideration.

However, canceling or rescheduling 30 minutes before your appointment time is not acceptable and may be treated as a no-show unless there are extenuating circumstances.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, my business, and the clients who are waiting for appointments. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and your furry family members.

Hey everyone!! I just wanted to keep you all posted. My next available appointment is Saturday June 20th at 5:00pm. After that, I have Monday the 22nd and nothing until Tuesday July 7th with only a few openings available that day. Thank you all for listening and scheduling in advance. I am taking in new clients but it will be a little bit of a wait to get you in. I apologize for that but we are extremely busy and blessed! Feel free to call to schedule or text 724-317-6960.
