🎉🐾 ADOPTED! 🐾🎉

Some journeys are longer than others, but every mile was worth it for this incredible girl.

Bella’s story began in Mexico, where her future was uncertain. From there, she made her way to a shelter in Alabama with her brother, waiting for someone to give her the chance she deserved. Thankfully, that wasn’t the end of her story. She found her way to The Wild Pack, where she was given the time, care, structure, and training she needed to prepare for the next chapter of her life.

Today, we’re beyond excited to announce that this beautiful girl has officially found her forever family! ❤️

Watching her grow in confidence and blossom into the amazing dog we knew she could be has been incredibly rewarding. Every dog that comes through our rescue has a story, and hers is a reminder that no matter where life begins, it doesn’t have to determine where it ends.

As she begins this exciting new journey with her new family, we couldn’t be happier for her. We look forward to watching her continue to thrive and sharing updates as she settles into her forever home.

Thank you to everyone who helped make her rescue possible—from those who gave her a chance along the way to her amazing adopters for opening their hearts and home.

Congratulations, sweet girl. Your adventure has only just begun, and this time, you’ll never have to walk it alone. 🐾❤️

⏰ Timing Is Everything in Dog Training ⏰

One of the biggest mistakes we see isn’t what owners are doing—it’s when they’re doing it.

Dogs learn by associating a consequence or reward with the behavior they performed at that exact moment. If your timing is off by even a few seconds, your dog may think they’re being rewarded or corrected for something completely different.

For example:
🐾 Calling your dog to come, then waiting until they finally arrive to scold them for not coming fast enough teaches them that coming to you results in something unpleasant.
🐾 Rewarding your dog several seconds after they sat may accidentally reinforce them standing back up instead of the sit itself.
🐾 Correcting a dog long after they’ve jumped on someone doesn’t teach them that jumping was the problem—they’ve already moved on.

Clear communication creates confident dogs. Whether you’re using praise, toys, food, or fair corrections, timing is what makes training effective. When your dog clearly understands which behavior earned the reward or correction, learning becomes faster, less confusing, and far more reliable.

At The Wild Pack K9 Rescue & Training LLC, we focus on teaching owners how to communicate effectively with their dogs—not just what commands to give. Good timing, consistency, and fair expectations build a dog that understands what’s being asked and enjoys learning.

Remember: Dogs live in the moment. Your timing should too.

📞 Ready to improve your communication with your dog? Contact The Wild Pack K9 Rescue & Training LLC to learn how proper timing can make all the difference in your dog’s training success. 🐾
