Krampus Jr. has officially left the nest and found his forever home! 🏡

Xavier and his girlfriend made a 3 hour trip to bring sweet KJ home and we couldn’t be happier with where his journey is heading. 🥹❤️ They were such amazing, respectful people, and we truly valued the time they spent in our home getting to know us and our dogs. We’re already looking forward to spending more time with them and watching this relationship grow!

We have absolutely no doubt KJ will be loved, spoiled, and treated like the little king he is. 👑 Thank you for choosing our boy and giving him a family to call his own.

From our yard to yours, KJ will always be part of the NVB family and so will his new mommy, daddy, and siblings!

Beefeus found a wonderful home and let’s just say… this tops everything… he’s gonna be going and living out his perfect life with his human grandpa! That’s right, MY DAD.

As many of you know, this litter means the absolute most to us for many many many reasons. This is the son to our special boy, Nuski and now he gets to live the life that most humans will be jealous of.

My parents get to experience the greatness that falls behind this blood. You have no idea how amazing that is. 💙💙💙

BREEDING & FINDING THE RIGHT STUD ‼️

Breeding isn’t just purchasing a female and finding a stud you like.
Before you ever choose a stud, you need to know your female.

Know her structure, what she lacks, her strengths and weaknesses, her personality, mannerisms, temperament, dislikes, and the traits she consistently passes on.

Once you truly understand your female, then you can start looking for the right stud.

The goal shouldn’t be to choose the most popular male, the biggest head, or the dog everyone is talking about. The goal is to find a male who can complement your female and bring out her best qualities, improve what she’s lacking, and add the traits that are missing from the equation.

You’re not just putting two dogs together. You’re building on genetics, structure, temperament, health, and generations of work.

A good breeding isn’t about chasing the hottest stud, the biggest head, the most followers, or whatever dog is trending this month.

It’s about asking:

What does my female need? What can this male improve? What can he add? What traits can he strengthen without sacrificing the qualities she already has?

‼️You should be able to explain WHY you made a pairing.‼️

If your only answer is, “Because I like that dog,” you’re not breeding with a plan.
