🐾 Owen – Arrived with an injury we can't explain, one too graphic to show.

🐾 Chandler – Came to us with a serious wound on his neck.

🐾 Lulu – Arrived with severely infected eyes.

🐾 Pretzel – Our sweet hospice dog, living with tongue cancer.

Many animals come to HOPE needing extensive medical care. Some require surgeries, emergency treatment, medications, or ongoing veterinary care that can cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars.

We don't shy away from difficult or expensive medical cases. Every animal deserves a chance, regardless of the cost of their care.

The reality is that adoption fees rarely cover everything we spend caring for our animals. Your donations help bridge that gap.

🐾 Double Adoption Happy Ending! 🐾

Some adoption days are extra special, and this is definitely one of them!

Sweet Daisy and Luis have been adopted — together! And even better, they’re going home with a previous HOPE adopter who came back to give two more deserving kitties their happily ever after.
There’s something incredibly meaningful about seeing someone who has already welcomed a HOPE animal into their family come back and choose to adopt again. We couldn’t be happier knowing Daisy and Luis are heading off together to a home filled with love.

Congratulations, Daisy and Luis! We think you two hit the jackpot.

How is Hailey still waiting? 💔

We’ve shared Hailey before, but somehow this sweet, silly girl is still waiting for her person.

Hailey is 5½ years old, and she is one of those dogs with a personality you just can’t capture in a photo. She’s goofy. She’s playful. She loves her toys (especially a good game of tug-of-war!), and she has a way of making the people around her laugh.

But there’s another side to Hailey, too. Once playtime is over, she’s happy just being near you — getting pets, relaxing at your feet, or watching the world go by through a window. She has so much love to give and would absolutely thrive with someone who wants a loyal companion to share everyday life with.

Hailey would do best as the only dog in her home. That may mean she has to wait a little longer for the right family, but we know that family is out there.

What Hailey needs now is someone to give her a chance.
If you’re looking for a dog who will make you laugh, get you outside, greet you with enthusiasm, and then happily settle in beside you at the end of the day, please come meet Hailey.

Sweet Flossie has officially found her forever home!

From the beginning, Flossie showed us what a special girl she is. She’s chill, incredibly sweet and affectionate, and has that wonderful personality where she’s happy spending time with others but is also perfectly content doing her own thing.

And now this precious girl has people of her very own. 🥹❤️

🌼 Meet Daisy! 🌼

Is there anything sweeter than a kitten named Daisy? We’re pretty sure the answer is no. 💕

Daisy is an adorable 4-month-old spayed female with the most beautiful, one-of-a-kind coloring. Her gorgeous mix of warm orange, soft cream, gray and darker markings makes her look like a tiny work of art — and those big green eyes certainly don’t hurt! 😍

At just four months old, Daisy is at that wonderful kitten age where everything is new, everything is interesting, and life is meant for playing, exploring, napping in cozy spots, and finding her very own person to love. 🐾

Look at those gorgeous eyes! Ryder is an adorable 8-month-old tabby weighing just about 5 pounds, and if you’re looking for a lovebug, this little guy may be the one. 🥰

Ryder is incredibly sweet and wants nothing more than love, cuddles, and affection. He’s a gentle little soul who loves being around people and will happily become your personal shadow. Wherever you are, Ryder would like to be there too!

At only 8 months old, he has so much love — and so many years of companionship — ahead of him. Now he just needs someone to share them with. ❤️
