🌟 ON-SITE LEASES AVAILABLE 🌟
🍁 Makin New Dreams 🍁
Dreamer is a sweet and willing 23yo 15.2H TB mare who’s been a reliable part of our lesson program. She is ridden by all levels of riders and ages. Has experience in:
🏆 Local schooling hunter/jumper shows
🐎 Paperchase/Trail riding master
🐎 XC schooling
🏆 Low level starter trials
🎯 Dreamer is coming back into riding from a very mild upper suspensory strain in Aug 2025. She has been wonderful to manage after some time off from riding. She recently was reintroduced into our walk/trot lesson group and hasn't missed a beat. She even took a rider to a local starter trial Labor Day weekend in the Greenhorn Division. We're looking for a rider that is willing to take their time with Dreamer and bring her back into shape slowly, she has been cleared for riding. Because of this, she is available for a full lease at the half lease price.
Suitable for someone with reasonable goals:
✅ Flatwork (Walk/Trot mostly and build up to canter)
✅ No jumping - but able to do ground/raised poles
✅ Trail Riding & Conditioning
💲 $250/month for 6 rides/week

🌈 Tiptoes In Dreams 🌈
Tiptoes is a sweet and willing 25yo 16.3H TB mare who’s been a reliable part of our lesson program. She is ridden by all level riders and ages. Has experience in:
🏆 Local schooling hunter/jumper shows
🐎 Paperchase/Trail riding master
🐎 XC schooling
🏆 Low level starter trials
🎯 Tiptoes is taking a step down in our lesson program, but hasn't slowed down at all. While she is great for even the confident later beginner rider, she thrives with consistent work. She can have more get up and go with more confident riders. An ideal person is someone that just likes to pleasure ride around the property to keep her moving and fit. She is older, so some days she may need a longer warm up than others and has a chronic lymphatic drainage issue in her right hind. Because of this, she is available for a full lease at the half lease price. She really just needs exercise to help with this problem and has been cleared for riding by our vet. Happy to discuss past history with serious inquiries.
Suitable for someone with reasonable goals:
✅ Flatwork (Walk/Trot with occasional canter)
✅ No jumping
✅ Trail Riding & Conditioning
💲 $250/month for 6 rides/week
