I've loved to draw since as far back as I can remember, but I discovered my love for drawing portraits in high school. With a newfound passion and a desire to improve, I began to draw them almost exclusively, and my pieces were soon placing in art shows. I began to realize I had more than a love for art - I had an actual talent for it. Since then, I've refined my technique and learned how to draw
in great detail without completely sacrificing my stylistic quirks. I've also learned how meaningful portraits can be to the people who receive them; it's not unusual for someone to cry upon seeing a finished portrait for the first time. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and I spend many hours on every drawing I do. I refuse to put my signature on any piece of art I'm not thoroughly satisfied with. Though portraits are my specialty, I would happy to draw just about anything else for you (pets, landscapes, homes/businesses, inspirational quotes, household objects, vehicles, actors, singers, etc.). If you have an idea of something you want me to draw, I can probably make it happen. I will listen to your input and send you progress photos along the way to ensure you are just as satisfied with the finished product as I am.
