Bella B's BARK-ery Something for all BARKS big and small! Handmade collars and leashes, personalized bandanas, and more! Please visit my website www.bellabbarkery.com

Welcome to my one woman show! Bella B's BARK-ery! Where I specialize in making handmade dog collars, leashes and other dog accessories. Bella B.'s Barkery was born out of my love for my dog Bella and frustration at finding boring selections of dog collars, leashes, and other accessories at large chain pet stores. Everything looked so plain and generic and was produced in drab, dull colors. Bella i

s a black dog and she needs something bright, happy and, most of all, unique! Afterall, each dog is unique so why not have this reflected in their accessories? Bella B.'s Barkery products are made from bright trims, many with fun, eye-catching designs, and we utilize fabrics for special occasions, holidays and seasons. From Argyle to Zoo animals we've got it covered! Each hand-sewn item is durable and soft as we use top quality materials to make them. Don't see what you want on our site? Send us an email. We are happy to work with you to create the perfect collars, leashes, or harnesses for your pup. Bella and I look forward to hearing from you. Alexandra

Hard to believe I’ve had Jack for 4 months already!

When I first got him, he got very sick within just a few days. I honestly think he was running on adrenaline those first few days. He had a horrible UTI that took two rounds of meds to clear up, and after about a month I finally figured out the other issue was pancreatitis. He’s also got a very sensitive tummy… so don’t ask me for diet advice 😂

The good news is once we figured everything out, he turned around pretty fast. He loves to eat, cuddle, and go on daily neighborhood “sniffaris.” Although the cuddles are pretty exclusive to me… if anyone else tries to pick him up, it’s over 😂

Jack is such a sweet boy, I am so happy to see him thriving now.

Memorial Day weekend is here ❤️🤍💙 As we spend time with family, friends, and our pups, lets also pause to remember the heroes this holiday honors.

Holiday weekends can be exciting for us humans… but sometimes stressful (and even dangerous) for our dogs. A few quick reminders to help keep your pups safe this weekend 🐾

• Keep pups away from BBQ foods like onions, corn cobs, grapes, alcohol, chocolate, and cooked bones.
• Make sure your dog always has access to fresh water and shade if you’ll be outside.
• Watch hot pavement temperatures. If it’s too hot for your hand, it’s too hot for their paws.
• If your dog gets anxious around crowds, parties, or fireworks, create a calm safe space indoors.
• Double check collars and ID tags before gatherings or trips away from home. Holiday weekends are one of the busiest times for lost pets.
• Never leave your dog in a parked car, even for “just a minute.” Temperatures rise dangerously fast.

Wishing you all a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend from Jack and I 💜

If you’ve ever thought about fostering a dog, this is your sign 💜 🐾

My friend Janine (who I trained with Bella) is hosting a FREE webinar with Glendale Humane Society all about fostering and it’s gonna be such an incredible opportunity to learn what it really looks like.

Fostering can change a dog’s life. It helps them decompress, learn, and become more adoptable, while also creating space in shelters for other dogs in need.

In the 45-minute webinar, you’ll learn things like how to prepare your home, what to do when your foster first arrives, how to read their body language, introductions to other pets, potty training, and more. There’s also a live Q&A at the end.

Whether you’ve been thinking about fostering for a while or you’re just curious, this is such a great place to start.

Jack: feels ocean for the first time
Also Jack: “immediately no” 😂

Even with limited sight, he takes in the world in his own way.
Proof that our senior pups are still full of curiosity (and opinions)
