She is named Hidey because she is an expert at hiding, which I realized 10 minutes after bringing her home and 20 minutes of searching my small apmt. She has been the best travel companion, adapting well to moves from Louisiana to Kansas to Ohio and eventually to Pennsylvania. Hidey has snuggled me through multiple surgeries and twice as many heartbreaks. She has only recently opened her sweet heart to my youngest grandkids who earned Hidey's trust with patience and gentleness. She's definitely a mama's kitty and I can't bear the thought of her lost, scared and unable to defend herself. We would be eternally grateful for her safe return! "
