On this wonderful day, let’s celebrate ALL dogs. Our own, our neighbor’s, those who have passed, and those who are in need.

As we spoil our own, let’s spoil some more! Donate to our local shelters, rescues, and organizations to support the pups that need to find forever homes and vet care.

Let’s celebrate our country safely today!

On that topic… keep your pets safe! Keep pets inside during fireworks and on leash at all times outdoors, even in your own fenced yard. Every year, several pets run away on the Fourth of July, and not to enjoy the parties. I personally know of the effects the loud booms can cause… our pets can hear better than us humans can.

We can prevent thousands of missing, injured, or deceased pets by staying diligent.
