We want to take a moment and thank ALL of our Greater Austin Area Community Members for opening your homes and entrusting us with your valued four-legged friends. It has been a great pleasure to serve you all. In our continued effort to provide quality care to your most prized possessions, we are excited to extend our services to both small and large animals. Dr. Tanzania Menn, aka Dr. T, has recently decked out her service vehicle and is ready to hit the ground running. She is skilled in both small and large animal services, taking pride in herd management. Her Master's in Public Health, along with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, has equipped Dr. T with the knowledge and skills to prevent zoonotic diseases, ensure food safety and security, and prevent environmental hazards, ultimately ensuring your pets and farms are at their best operation to yield success for both pets and food animals.
Dr. T is currently taking appointments for:
- Cattle: Vaccination (including Bangs), Deworming, Castration, Necropsy, and Pregnancy checks. She also
offers herd health consultations for issues involving Reproduction or Nutrition, as well as Emergency care for
Lacerations, Prolapses, and Dystocias/Difficult Calvings.
- Small Ruminants: (Goats/Sheep) & Camelids (Alpacas/Llamas): Vaccination, Deworming, Castration, and
Hoof Trims. Emergency services are available for Lacerations, Prolapses, and Dystocias/Difficult Lambing or
Kidding.
- Pigs: Vaccination, Hoof Trims, and Tusk Trims.
- Equine: Teeth Floating, Vaccination, Deworming, and Coggins testing. Emergency care is available for
conditions such as Choke, Colic, and Lacerations.
Take note that all Lameness and Sick Animal work-ups -- including Blood Work, Ultrasound, and X-ray
Diagnostics -- are available for all species.
Dr. T also provides Health Certificates as needed for travel!
