Today we’re celebrating someone who has a gift when it comes down to animals. Kaylee is our very own animal whisperer. It doesn’t matter the breed, size, personality or species. Animals seem to naturally gravitate toward her. There’s just something about her gentle spirit and genuine love for them that they can feel.

Today she’s a proud pup mom of a very special 13-year old fur baby who is truly her world.

We are so grateful to have her on our team for the past 4 years.

We like to think we were hired as his pet sitters, but Duke made it very clear our real job was to be his full-time fetch team. Watching him light up every time the ball came out was the highlight of our visits. We’re proud to share that our team is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. While we hope to never face an emergency, being properly trained means we can recognize warning signs, respond quickly, and provide immediate care when every second counts.

From choking and injuries to heat-related illnesses and other unexpected situations, this training gives us the knowledge and confidence to act appropriately while seeking veterinary care. It also helps us better understand how to monitor pets for signs of distress and provide safer, more informed care during every visit.

Meet Bradelina, Teddy’s neighbor and aspiring dog walker. 🐢

While Katie was out getting Teddy’s steps in, Bradelina decided she wasn’t about to miss leg day and made a break for it. Luckily, the runaway turtle was spotted and safely returned home after her brief adventure. 🏃‍♀️🐢💨

Some pets walk, some pets waddle, but everyone got their steps in today!
