Sad day for K&L cavies no matter what hobby you do there’s always a sad part to raising animals today is a sad day for K&L cavies I Lost my favorite girl this morning she was born with me she was a very special girl in my silkie herd I’m very upset my girl is gone she was such a special cavy to me we showed her she was my first silkie sow to win Best of breed and 2 Reserve In show I hope I can save her little boy if he makes it his name will be

Also, a lot of you have seen the post of the hidden boar. I’m finally ready to announce him and what he looks like. He is a gorgeous boy he will be staying with me  his dad was a very special pig to me, which is now in retirement and no longer breeding I decided a while back I wasn’t gonna do silkies anymore until this boy popped up and he has such a great body. I couldn’t help but keep him so he has got me back into silkies. His full brother same litter is K&L’s Captain’s Last Hook they both were named after their other dad due to him no longer breeding
