🐾💛 Meet Lucy! 💛🐾

We’re so excited to welcome sweet Lucy to her very first day at Wagging Tails Retreat! 🐶✨ This adorable 9-month-old Goldendoodle did absolutely wonderful meeting all of her new friends and settled right in like she’s been part of the pack forever!

Lucy especially hit it off with her new BFFs, Luna and Posie, one of our regulars! 🥰 It was so amazing to see how quickly they clicked and how much fun they had together.

We’re already looking forward to seeing more of Lucy’s sweet personality and watching all her friendships grow! Welcome to the Wagging Tails family, Lucy! 💕🐾

The way Chad plays with Draco, the German vs the way he plays with Thor, a 6 month old Frenchie. You can truly tell that dogs know the differences in sizes and will accommodate based on those sizes.

When Chad plays with Draco, he’ll body slam him onto the ground with full force, jump on him, etc. it’s like watching dogs play tackle football.

But, when Chad plays with Thor? He’s sooo gentle, lays flat onto the ground and allow Thor to take charge.

It’s the sweetest little thing ever 🥰🥹

🤍 Meet River! 🤍

This beautiful white fluffball came to Wagging Tails Retreat as a very anxious pup, but we were so lucky to watch her come out of her shell and truly blossom! 🌸🐾

During her very first stay, River did absolutely amazing! She quickly showed us what a sweet, playful pup she is. She got along wonderfully with all the other dogs and was such a wonderful companion throughout her stay. Her bright smile and happy personality brought so much joy to everyone around her. 🥰

We’re going to miss that beautiful smile and sweet face, but River is always welcome back at Wagging Tails Retreat anytime! 💕🐶

Thanos - a beautiful Cane Corso!

Despite his “scary” physique, he is the sweetest and the most loyal pup EVER. I had the pleasure of caring for this boy, and despite him being a bit standoff-ish when we first met and for the first couple of days, he quickly became attached to my hip once he realized I meant no harm and he took me in as his person!

I knew I was safe next to him during our walks because he was always on guard anytime anyone passed by, standing in between me and whoever he deemed as a threat.

Such a good boy! I wanted to keep him so bad 🤣

Phoenix, a very anxious pup that’s afraid of his own shadows, sound of the wind, and virtually anything and everything - has been coming to Wagging Tails Retreat to build confidence, learn proper socialization and be the bestest boy he can be!

Although there’s a lot of work we have to do, he’s been doing amazing! He made friends with one of our Princess Luna (April’s fur-baby) and Thor, our fur-baby!
