Charlie, your friendly Pound Ambassador here, just checking in. I want to give your humans a little refresher or maybe a first time summary of what caring for one of us four pawed furry critters entails in Syracuse, KS.
* Leashes, there's a leash law, even if your human is walking you, put on a leash ( and stop and make them pick up your p**p)
*Vaccination, get your rabies shot, even if your scared of needles, your human will hold you, and give you a treat after!
*city tag & license - if you get lost, this will get you home without going to doggy jail!
*if you are out running around and get caught:
**you go to doggy jail
**your human gets a ticket
*$75 fine/dog
*have to vaccinated
*have to get city tag
* court fees for ticket
*fee doubles with each offense
*you can be ticketed if other humans confirm you were out, even if the Animal Control Officer doesn't catch you.
Charlie here thinks you should get your shots and tags and fir good measure stay home unless your human takes you for a walk.
