2 weeks old and ready for our families to give us new names! Dustin has w black brindle and Drew is blue brindle like momma. (I’m so excited about his color.) We weigh the same now, even tho Dustin was a bit bigger at birth. Ready mid July. AKC with neuter contracts.

6 days of loving them.

We give our babies “litter names” as identification, nota name we recommend or insist they continue to be called. We do it for our reference and we don’t reuse a name. We started with A all those years ago and some babies did in fact keep the name whether it be a first name or middle name. (Come on, Bostons are perpetual two year olds, they need a full govt name!)

Betty’s boys have been named Dustin and Drew, if they’d been girls, they’d been Dusti and Dru… idk I sat with her and that’s what popped up. Betty was bred here, she’s our sweetest, calmest girl. She’s out of Bowie and Biloxi, which Bowie was out of Xienna and Jack. Biloxi is from our friend out in Arkansas. She looks just like her momma in the face with her daddy’s beautiful blue brindle color. Betty was bred to Re*****on, he’s a studly little masked fawn from our friend in Montana.

Dustin and Drew are both black brindle and look very similar, hence “litter names.” Dustin is the first born, he’s a little bigger with a narrow white blaze down his head. Drew is a little smaller with a more symmetrical white blaze. Both are doing wonderful and Betty is taking great care of them, she’s obsessed. She did have a full pseudo pregnancy her first attempt at breeding. She went thru labor, her milk came in and we gave her a stuffed baby to care for. (She still has him.)

Betty’s little boots are growing leaps and bounds. 5 days old, yet their due (unofficial) date was yesterday. She’s completely obsessed with them!
