When it rains, it pours… kittens. 🐾
It is officially “kitten season”—although lately, it feels like that never really ends.

In just the past few days, we’ve taken in:
• A very pregnant mama, due any day and likely carrying several kittens
• Two very young “adults”
• Five kittens, estimated to be only 4–5 weeks old

We were already beyond a responsible capacity for our funds and supplies, but it’s incredibly hard to say no—especially in desperate situations, and even more so when tiny kittens are involved.

Now, we need your help. ❤️
Funds are running low, supplies are dwindling, and vet bills will be significant. Thankfully, everyone appears healthy so far.

If you’re able to donate, here’s what we need most right now:

🧺 Fragrance-free cat litter
(We typically use So Phresh Extreme Clumping Unscented Grass Seed from Petco, but any unscented litter is appreciated.)

🥫 Friskies canned cat food

🐱 Purina Naturals Kitten Chow
(Larger bags can be shipped directly to us through our Chewy wish list.)

We will also be needing to order more:
• Vaccines (which we administer ourselves to reduce costs)
• Antiparasitics (for worms, ear mites, etc.)
• Microchips to keep our cats safe in their forever homes

Spooky is a BIG lover. He will walk in front of you and rub his big fluffy tail in your face and he struts for pets. He loves the Friskies Party Mix treats and will come running when you shake the container. Spooky does show interest in being outside, so his new home will need to be vigilant about making sure he doesn't sneak past or, better yet, be willing to provide him safe and supervised outdoor options such as a catio. Spooky is Boots' brother and they do well bringing out the playful in each other, but Spooky also makes a great big brother to all the kittens in the house.

Boots is not overly affectionate with just anyone, but once he chooses his person, he "locks on." He will follow you around the house and make sure he is in your line of sight so you don't forget to show him affection. Boots and Spooky are brothers and they bring out the playful in each other, but Boots has also named himself the babysitter of the house and will track down and chase the kittens, giving them a "bop" on the head to keep them in line.

Charm is a sweet cat, but she is very timid. When she is comfortable with you, she will come sit next to you to ask for pets, but she isn't okay with being held. This could possibly change over time, but there is no was to say for certain. Because of this, we feel Charm would do best in a home without children or a lot of commotion. We also feel she would do better making the transition with one of her littermates. Those would include Chucky, Charlie, Chester and Cherry.

Chucky is a sweet, sweet boy who loves attention. He will spin around between your feet and meow until you love him. He is very playful, loves his toys, and his treats. If you're not in the mood to play, Chester will lay in your lap and purr for hours. He is just a happy, happy boy. Chester's siblings are Chucky, Charlie, Cherry and Charm

Chester is a bit more "reserved." He still loves attention and affection, but he will let you know if he has had enough with a gentile nibble on your hand. He is good with kids who understand and respect boundaries. Chester's siblings are Chucky, Charlie, Cherry and Charm.

Cherry is about as sweet as they come. We have affectionately started calling her Cherry Pie, because she is as sweet as pie. She is very insistent that you give her all the attention. Once she's done playing, the only place she wants to be is in your lap. Cherry's littermates are Chucky, Charlie, Chester and Charm

Charlie is a special kind of affectionate. He is sweet and well mannered while being "aggressive" with his affection. He will come to your feet, get up on his hind legs, tap your leg or hand with his paw and meow so sweetly to get your attention. Charlie will follow you around and meow if you're not petting him and he will climb up your chest and rub his face on yours. Charlie's siblings are Chucky, Chester, Cherry and Charm.
