Fridays pups! I did something that I haven’t done in over a year since starting my business 🫣 Somehow, time got away from me and I forgot to take a picture of sweet Ruby before sending her home! So I included her last appointments picture because she really is the cutest old lady 😍🐾 And Micah was from Tuesday! 💛

**NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS**

Could you imagine showing up to work and not getting paid for it? No show appointments are so hard. I am a one-on-one dog groomer, so that means I schedule out a portion of my day specifically for your dog. No other clients or dogs at that time. Which means, if you decide to no show for your appointment I’m simply out that money 🤷‍♀️

So with that being said, a friendly reminder to all clients 💛

To help keep scheduling running smoothly, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. This gives me enough time to try to fill that grooming spot with another pup in need of an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-showing for an appointment will result in the full grooming charge being added on to your next scheduled appointment.

Thank you so much for understanding and supporting my small business. Your cooperation helps me continue providing the best care and time for each dog that comes through my door 🐾
