With great sadness we are reaching out to share the passing of, Dawn, the heart of our grooming shop. She was taken from us suddenly in a tragic vehicle accident yesterday, March 12th. We appreciate your patience as we grieve and navigate through this difficult time. It is heartbreaking that we must cancel upcoming appointments as we decide how to move forward from this tragedy. At this time we are unable to accommodate the same number of dogs. If you need to make appointments elsewhere with other groomers we completely understand and recommend that you do so. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the love and support you have give Dawn and the shop over the past 28+ years. She will be greatly missed by all. 🐾 - TLC for Pets team

I know have a new descending process and customers are loving it! In this video we have already washed the dog and have blown her out with a high velocity dryer! You can see the abundance of fur in the tub!!

When parking to drop dogs off or pick up dogs YOU MUST PARK IN MY DRIVEWAY OR ACROSS THE STREET. Again, my neighbors are complaining of people parking on or near their property. Please follow these requests. My customer need to know, if they want me to continue grooming, we have rules that need to be followed! Thank you for your understanding in advance.

To all my customers,

Please make sure your pet is leashed at all times when dropping off or picking up. If you need a leash please come see me. I can loan you one to get your pet in the shop safely. My neighbors are not pleased with dogs running around their yard loose peeing and pooping everywhere. I know it’s a fine line and everyone thinks it’s my yard. But it’s my neighbors. If your pet needs to use the bathroom please do not use the yard outside the grooming room. Please take them in the front yard until the fence is installed along the side of the grooming shop. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Ok!! Since we are all stuck in the house lets have some fun!! I want to see everyone’s furry critter. I don’t care if they need groomed. There is no judging here!!! So post your furry friend. I want to see which one of my customers is the shaggiest!! I’ll start!! This is Frisco, he’s a cockapoo, and he will be 6.

With this weather that we are having I’m finding my larger shaggy breeds are shedding like banshies. T.L.C. For PETS is now offering de-shedding treatments. Not only does it help pull that undercoat out but helps with future shedding. Regular grooming with the de-shedding treatment are always suggested. This little guy was lost for 17 days. Fortunately, he was not forgotten and there was a ton of effort to find him!!! Such a sweet little boy! Please take down your lost dog flyers. HAPPY ENDING!!!!

PLEASE READ!!!
Since we had a mild, wet winter, fleas and ticks are at their all time high!! Please use a flea and tick product on your pet. If you think your pet has either one PLEASE treat you pet with a flea and tick product PRIOR to your grooming appointment. If your pet is polluted we may need to reschedule your appointment until a product can be used. It’s not fair to pets that do not have the bugs to be quarantined from your pet. So be a smart pet owner and treat your pet!!!
