We’re so grateful that this group from U.S. Bank makes an annual trip to Heartland to volunteer for the day! This year, they made quick work of helping Kes clear our nature trail of invasive plant species, and got to say hello to a few of our residents before calling it a day! Not a bad day at the office if you ask us!

Interested in bringing your team out to volunteer? We’re currently scheduling work groups for the spring – reach out to megan.holzmann@hearltandfarmsanctuary to get started!

We are bringing back Wish List Wednesday this week with a special favor to ask! The mini fridge where we keep our residents' medication has officially reached the end of its life – we would be so grateful for a new or gently used replacement!

If you’re able to help, check out the link in the comments to see our wish list!

As always, we appreciate your support – We couldn’t do this without our community!

We’re wrapping up this year’s gala with a resounding THANK YOU.

Whether you were an attendee, a sponsor, or a volunteer; if you donated or bid on an auction item; if you shared a post leading up to the event… you played a role in the night’s success and we are so grateful to you.

The overarching theme of this year’s gala was that community allows us to keep taking the next step, and if that’s not perfect, well, we don’t know what is.

We’d also like to give a special shoutout to Andrew Pederson with PictureWI who spent the evening capturing each and every heartwarming moment - Thank you Andrew! Be sure to check out the full album of photos to find yours!

We’re feeling extra grateful to all of the people and businesses who partnered with us for this year’s gala. Their support helped us make this year wildly successful, and has shown us that Heartland has supporters in every corner of our community who are rooting for us and want to see our programs thrive. ❤️
