At Heartland, we’re moving into the spring and summer season with renewed energy and focused goals. 🌷 One of those goals is expanding our reach in providing connection and belonging for animals and children, while also being good stewards of the environment around us. In a time when things feel uncertain for many, we’re providing a steady place where animals and children can land while they heal and find connection.
While 73 rescued animals reside at Heartland, close to 200 therapy participants have found healing through their sessions at the sanctuary. For many kids, coming to Heartland for experiential therapy, camps or our Pathways Programs is the very first step to learning they can belong. They can connect. They can trust others.
But it takes more than dedicated staff and love to move Heartland forward. It takes you. Your partnership is an incredibly important part of our story, because we simply can’t do this work without your support. 💓
