💕 White Rosie had her baby!! Finally. She went back to the ranch when Lilac got here, and then was a little late on the original gestation calculation… but look how CUTE that little baby is!!!!

Eating locally doesn’t have to be hard. Stop saying it’s hard and just do it.

Yeah- food is EXPENSIVE these days and while food prices have increased over the last 3-5 years, our pay hasn’t. I get it. I really do.

One thing I can tell you for certain is that local food is better. better for your body. Better for your pocketbook. Better for the environment. And better for the community.

I do crazy things like challenge myself to eat locally for a year. It’s possible. It’s not easy or always convenient. But right now is PEAK for local food production.

Make a couple simple changes. Get local fruits to snack on. If you’re eating out head to a restaurant that sources local foods. Reach out to me if you need help.

Blueberries!! Bluebs got the recall this week. Last week it was eggs. The week before that it was beef. And who could forget the Taylor Farm lettuce scandal.

Not all recalls are because the food is poison. Remember the Costco butter recall because someone who couldn’t have dairy bought the butter and diDn’T knOw iT Waa dAiRy. Because the package didn’t say it cane from cow milk on the ingredients. The people ate just that dumb.

If you’re looking for fresh foods from@happy healthy animals, I’ve got that here. If you want produce that’s grown in healthy soil conditions by lovely humans, I’ve got that too. If you want sourdough made with organic flour and no bu****it fillers or additives that aren’t bioavailable, it’s at the store. And you need a cool refreshing beverage made from a blueberry’s cousin… I’ve got you covered my friend.
