Meet Leroy — Starved and left tied to a post near an animal shelter, we were his last chance when that shelter because full and had to make a euthanasia list. It's happening all over the state right now!

Leroy is a very luck boy! A 2-3 year old, plott hound mix, he’s house-trained and crate-trained, has good manners around the house, and hasn’t been chewing things up or surfing the kitchen counters. He loves snuggling on the couch, and when he’s not cuddling, he enjoys keeping busy with his favorite Kongs and busy bones!

Leroy is a little selective about his dog friends and needs to be fed separately, but he has so much love to give. He’s also working on putting on a few extra pounds.

A $175.00 adoption fee ($300 for puppies under 6 months old) helps us take care of all the dogs we rescue. At just 4 months old, Sally is an adorable little Chihuahua/Terrier mix with a playful personality and lots of love to give! 🐶 She loves romping around and playing with her brothers and sisters, and she’s working hard on her house-training skills. Sally is at the perfect age to train into the dog you want her to be and she's ready to become your very best friend. All she needs is a loving family who is ready to make a lifelong commitment and give her the furEVER home she deserves!

WE ARE THRILLED TO ANNOUNCE THAT MAGGIE SURVIVED and is READY FOR ADOPTION! 🐾

You may remember that just a few weeks ago, Maggie suffered from internal bleeding and had to be rushed to the emergency vet on a weekend. There she had to have emergency surgery to save her life! We spent $5,575 to save her and raised about $2,000 from you, our generous donors! Thank you! The next step in Maggie's happily ever after is to find her furEVER home! Couldn't donate? Maggie is approximately 2-4 years old and has the sweet, easygoing personality everyone loves! She’s good with kids and other dogs, crate-trained, and house-trained.

This lovely girl has wonderful house manners. She doesn’t counter-surf or destroy things, and she isn’t much of a barker. She’ll happily greet you at the door and welcome you back home every day!
Maggie enjoys cuddling on the couch just as much as relaxing independently on her own dog bed. She does need to be fed separately because she prefers not to share her food with other pets.
