Siris has been waiting for approximately seven seconds and frankly, the service around here is unacceptable.
This is Siris.
Siris is about a year old, a Bull Terrier mix, and appears to have been assembled almost entirely from ears, audacity, and unreasonable expectations.
She recently attended an adoption event where she bravely endured the horrors of meeting people, receiving attention, walking around, and being told repeatedly that she was a very good girl.
It was grueling.
Eventually she could take no more.
She threw herself onto the pavement, flipped over, and presented the belly.
The belly does not rub itself, Janet.
Siris is energetic, hilarious, stubborn, mouthy when she gets excited, and approximately 73% personality by body weight. She loves people and attention and has absolutely no problem communicating when she believes you could be doing a better job of providing either.
She also takes food VERY seriously and needs to be fed separately from other animals. Siris does not subscribe to the concept of communal dining. What belongs to Siris belongs to Siris. What belongs to you will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
She needs a home that understands young, energetic dogs and won’t expect her to arrive as a perfectly polished little potato. She’s still got some growing up to do, some manners to work on, and enough personality to keep everyone thoroughly entertained in the meantime.
And really…
LOOK AT HER.
The ears.
The smile.
The complete lack of dignity.
Somewhere out there is a person whose life is missing exactly this level of ridiculousness.
It could be you.
Now rub the f&!$ # belly.
