What a weekend for OGSTL.
Our 2026 Spring Trial in memory of Dyan Harper was one we’ll remember for a long time. We are incredibly grateful to Judge Jessy Gabriel for bringing thoughtful, fair, and encouraging feedback to every team on the field. Thank you as well to helper Steve Gaisch for all of the hard work that goes into making a successful trial weekend possible. Without our helpers this sport would not be possible.
Most importantly, I could not be more proud of our handlers. Every single team that entered this trial passed. That is a reflection of the countless training days, early mornings, frustrations, breakthroughs, and commitment these handlers put into their dogs and into each other.

Beyond the scores, I’m proud of the sportsmanship, support, and camaraderie this group continues to build. Watching everyone cheer each other on all weekend reminded me exactly why this community matters so much.
Thank you to everyone who helped, tracked, laid tracks, worked dogs, brought food, stayed late, and supported the event behind the scenes. It takes a village to put on a trial like this, and OGSTL showed up in every way.
