This post carries a lot of reflection and gratitude for me 🤍🥹❤️
Building Klaus Poodles was more than a business. It was healing I didn’t even know I needed. What started as a hobby during a slow season of life became something that brought new families together, connected me with incredible people, and gave me a purpose that was entirely my own.
TO OUR PUPPY FAMILIES
Every family who trusted us with one of our puppies became part of our story. Watching your photos come in, seeing your kids grow up with our pups, hearing how they changed your homes — that was the whole point. 🐩❤️
TO OUR GUARDIAN FAMILIES
You opened your homes and your hearts to our dogs and our program. You whelped litters, lost sleep, loved hard, and made Klaus Poodles what it was. I could not have done any of this without you.
With my career at Exxon growing more demanding, three busy boys getting bigger every day, and life looking a lot different than when I started this journey, I’ve made the decision to pause Klaus Poodles. This choice comes from honoring my mental health, my family, and being honest about my limits.
I’m not saying goodbye forever. 🐩🛡️❤️ The love for this work is still here. But right now, my boys need their mom more than the world needs another litter. And I’ve learned that knowing when to set something down is just as important as knowing how to build it.
Thank you — for trusting us, for loving our dogs, and for being part of something that meant more to me than I can put into words.
With so much love and gratitude,
Crystal 🐾
