Please check your security cameras, Ring cameras, and trail cameras for any possible sightings since Saturday.

4:00 AM wake-up call.
A few pics from yesterday morning's break of dawn setup. Some of the best summertime thermal conditions happen during those first couple hours of daylight.
It's always nice to stop for a second and appreciate the view before the day gets going.

❤️ UPDATE: MAGGIE IS HOME SAFE!! ❤️

This is the post I've been hoping to make.
Maggie is finally home with her family!
This was one of the toughest searches I've been involved with. Over the past several days there were multiple sightings, several drone flights, countless miles driven, flyers handed out, cameras set up, and a lot of people who genuinely cared and wanted to help.
In the end, it wasn't the drone that brought Maggie home. After another sighting this morning, Maggie's family was able to be in the right place at the right time, and she hopped right into the truck on her own.

I also want to thank Anakin’s Trails stray and pet recovery for stepping in and working alongside the family, we greatly appreciate everything they did to help bring this search to a successful ending.

Thank you to everyone who shared the posts, reported sightings, and kept an eye out. Every piece of information helped.

We have been working alongside the family several day already & have made multiple attempts to locate this girl via air & ground. She is frightened & is bolting away a mile quickly, every time that she is approached . We need her to settle down & localize to an area so that we can explore trapping options . Please if you see her DO NOT APPROACH HER . Stop immediately & call the # on this post & let the owner know the exact time, location & direction of travel so that an informed decisions can be made.
Thank you to everyone that has already reported sightings, & to all of those who are working tirelessly to help bring her home.

What a great way to spend the Fourth of July! 🇺🇸🐾

A big thank you to **Fretwell Market**, **Cattledog Event Co.**, and everyone who stopped by **Fretwell Fred's 6th Birthday Bash** today. It was great meeting so many fellow dog lovers, local businesses, and members of our community.

Despite the summer heat, there were plenty of smiles, wagging tails, great vendors, live music, and a fun atmosphere all day long.

I put together a few highlights from the event to share. Thanks again to Norma and the entire Fretwell team for making everyone feel so welcome. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of such a great community event.

**SEARCH UPDATE FOR MACY 🐾**

This morning, we conducted a thermal drone search in the Highway 29 area of Wellford.
Unfortunately, Macy was not located.

**If you're in the area, please keep an eye on security cameras, trail cameras, wooded edges, creek bottoms, and powerline corridors.**

**If you see Macy, please do not chase her.** Take a photo if possible and contact the owner immediately using the number on the flyer. Every confirmed sighting helps.

As hard as it is to believe, deer season is right around the corner.

Over the last few months, several people have asked if HyperSky could use our thermal drones for more than just locating lost pets. The answer is yes.

Beginning this Summer, throughout Fall, & Winter, we'll be offering Thermal Deer Herd Analysis & Thermal Deer Recovery for landowners and hunting clubs. It's a great way to get a better picture of what's actually living on your property before the season starts. Sometimes what the thermal camera reveals is pretty surprising.

This doesn't replace the value of trail cameras or scouting. It's just another tool that can help you make better decisions and learn more about your herd.

Lost pet searches are still the heart & passion of HyperSky, but I'm also looking forward very much to the Autumn & to helping landowners put this technology to work in a proactive approach to understanding their local habitat & wildlife population.

An unaffiliated recommendation from a dog dad.

First off, I don’t have any affiliation with Fi, and I’m not being paid to say this. I simply use their GPS collars on my own dogs and trust them enough that they wear them every day.

With July 4th right around the corner, one of the busiest times of the year for lost pets, there’s never been a better time to think about protecting your best friend. Fi is currently offering $70 off with code DOGDAD.

Beyond the GPS tracking, I’ve really come to appreciate the other features. The app tracks activity, exercise, barking, scratching, drinking habits, and allows you to set multiple Safe Zones so you’re alerted if your dog leaves an area they’re supposed to be in. Each family member can set up custom updates through their own free account.

As someone who spends a lot of time helping families search for missing pets, I can tell you there are few things more valuable than knowing exactly where your dog is when every minute counts.

Hopefully you’ll never need it for an emergency, but if you do, you’ll absolutely be glad it’s there.
