One of today’s baths was on this handsome guy 😊 He came to his appointment with a muzzle on and needed that muzzle for the majority of his time with me but by the end, we were able to take it off and enjoy some one on one time 🐾

🐾 Big Announcement! 🐾

As many of you know, I (Rebecca Butcher) have worked in animal care for nearly a decade. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in kennel settings, grooming environments, and I’m currently the Kennel Supervisor for Boarding at Moonbrook Veterinary Hospital. I’ve also completed my Dog Training Certification through Animal Behavior College.

Working with animals is what brings me joy. From the very beginning of this journey, bathing dogs has been something I’ve loved. After years of learning, growing, and dreaming, I couldn’t be more excited to finally take the first step with Boo’s Bathing Barn 🛁

This business was inspired by my own dog, Boo Boo 🐶 — the name, the care, and the vision all start with her. She has a beautiful coat that requires regular upkeep, and over the years she’s taught me just how important proper and consistent maintenance paired with gentle handling really are.

This isn’t just a business to me — it’s a reflection of years of experience, a passion for animal care, and the dog who’s always by my side. Because of my background and many years of expertise, I’m comfortable working with all kinds of dogs, including those who may be nervous or considered “difficult.” ❤️‍🩹

At this time, I’m offering bath services only (no grooming). Services include:
🛁 Dog baths with brush and blowout
✂️ Nail trims
👂 Ear cleaning
🫧 A**l gland expressions
🌿 Special shampoo requests available
(medicated, unscented, sensitive skin, whitening, de-shedding, etc)
🦨 Skunk baths
🥽 Lyme dips

Since I’m starting this business on top of my full-time job, my availability is currently limited:
🗓 Fridays: 10am–4pm
🗓 Some Saturdays: 10am–2pm
If you need a different time, feel free to reach out — I’m happy to try and accommodate 😊

There are many ideas I have for the animal industry, but this is where I wanted to start — creating a calm and safe bathing experience for other people’s pets. ❤️
