Hereโ€™s a quick breakdown of what to expect once the bidding ends:

โ–ช๏ธ Youโ€™ll receive an email letting you know youโ€™re the winning bidder.

โ–ช๏ธ After the entire sale is complete and the sale monitors have verified that everything closed correctly, youโ€™ll receive a congratulations email. This email includes all the next steps and an attached invoice with the payment details.

โ–ช๏ธ Once your funds are received, youโ€™ll get a call confirming payment, and the seller/agent will receive the same notification.

โ–ช๏ธ You can then contact the seller/agent to arrange pickup.
๐‘ต๐’๐’•๐’†: If you didnโ€™t save their contact information, the completed sale moves to the Results page, which stays live for one week.

โ–ช๏ธ A copy of the horseโ€™s Coggins will be emailed to you after payment is received.

โ–ช๏ธ Because we donโ€™t know where the horse will be headed, obtaining a health certificate is the buyerโ€™s responsibility. The seller/agent can assist with arranging it, but the cost is on the buyer. The seller/agent will need your information and enough time to complete the certificate before pickup.
๐‘ป๐’Š๐’‘: Cash App is often the easiest way to send the health certificate fee to the seller/agent.

โ–ช๏ธ Horses must be picked up within 10 days. Anything beyond that is up to the buyer and seller/agent to arrange, including any boarding costs.

โ–ช๏ธ Please send the name and AQHA ID that youโ€™d like the horse transferred to as soon as possible.
๐‘ต๐’๐’•๐’†: The longer it takes for the office to receive this information, the longer it takes to submit the transfer packet to AQHA.
