Fox hunters; we know you like them big, and you like them chonky, and Jill is just that! This mare is who’s 5 yo and 16hh she’s built like a tank. Due to her stature, She’s often mistaken for a Percheron , but this sweet giant is just a really thick Friesian cross! Jill has a nice, long stretchy trot and that slower kick ride mentality that all of the adult Ammies love when blazing the country side with wine and dogs! This mare has potential to do trails, dressage, and eventing, but we feel she’d particularly excel out in the field having a blast! Ever wanted a super pony? Well, here he is. Meet Ranger! This 5 year old 14.2HH palomino pony is the kind of pony everyone needs. Started western, he’s got super smooth and easy gaits, steers well, and has phenomenal brakes. Because he’s amazing, he also direct reins and transitions easily between both styles. Ranger would make a wonderful step down horse for a retiring or elderly equine enthusiast looking to just enjoy a slower paced life with a smaller horse, or would do well in a small lesson program where he’d get doted on hand and hoof. This boy has the ability to do anything you ask of him, and he’s just happy to go with the flow.

Everyone keeps passing on Johnny because he is only 3 and a half years old, thinking he’s too young.

Well, we made a last minute decision to have my kid ride Johnny, and he cleaned up! First, second, and fifth out of twelve! He even trotted his first two baby cross rails with no hesitation in the cross rail hack! This boy is truly spectacular. I can’t believe people have passed on this boy!

15.3, still growing, and calm as can be; he’s perfect for a junior or ammie looking for their first green horse to bring along! Just wait until he fills out, this boy will turn heads!

Meet Cody! Cody is a 10 year old 15hh buckskin paint gelding that is looking for a lesson program or a little kid to call his own! His ideal life includes cookies, pets, and adventures where he can help develop confidence to a sweet kid! This boy has brakes, a mild go, and is tolerant of pretty much everything. Meet Pierce! Not Brosnan, although he’s just as handsome… Pierce is a 4 year old compact sport model ottb that has the bloodlines for greatness. His grandfather is Pioneer of the Nile, and greats just keep lining up the further back you go!

Pierce has been restarted by a junior rider, and has a lovely forward but not fast gait that will make him a great candidate for xc or jumpers.
He would be phenomenal as a junior or ammie project horse for them to bring along with a trainers guidance.

Hey Maryland, WE’RE BACK! After spending some time in Delaware, we decided we missed being closer to the shows and needed a larger farm for all the amazing horses we keep getting in, so we moved to Perryville! And a larger farm means we can bring in even MORE quality retirees! Hopefully this also means we will be seeing more of our neighbors and friends at the local shows! We are so excited to see where this opportunity takes us, and we are thankful for the chance to expand and help more of the beloved thoroughbreds transition from racetrack life to your life.

Come check us out, we have thoroughbreds suitable for most everything, from laid back push rides to athletic and ready to rock and roll.
